Our core values highlight important priorities that make up our approach and style of ministry. Every local church has an entrustment (a God given purpose) that will characterise and prioritise what the church puts its resources and effort into.
We cannot realistically commit to paper a finished or final statement that says everything about our vision. Our nominated vision statement helps us to keep focus.

…more like Him, everydayOur entrustment (God gifted call) clearly involves a wide ethnic mix so our ministries include and involve a multi cultural group of people being built together to be the ‘local church'.
Our vision is to receive, reconcile and release people of all backgrounds and ethnic gorups to function in the ministry of the church.
Core values that support the Church vision:
• The Holy Bible is the inspired & infallible word of God. Its doctrines are the foundation for a Christian lifestyle. The anointed word is the catalyst for transformation in individuals' lives and in the church.
• People matter to God and he seeks those who don't know him. Therefore people should matter to the church. So we receive everyone openly with love acceptance and forgiveness.
• The Holy Spirit should determine our efforts in all areas. Therefore we seek ongoing guidance and empowerment from Him. As we sense His direction we choose to follow His leading.
• The Church should be culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure. We seek to present the gospel message in an authentic and appropriate way, to a cross cultural and multi generational group of people.
• We believe that followers of Christ (disciples) should continue to be sincere and yearn for spiritual growth. This must involve ongoing meeting together, openness and the input of other believers.
• We acknowledge appointed leadership and delegated authority within the church to govern, protect and provide direction. Through commitment to appointed leadership individuals will become involved in the church.
• We value team ministry through which there is opportunity for members to operate in significant roles. This provides a way to serve and express individual God given gifts in their various forms.
• Gathering together is essential for maintaining spiritual health & growth. Small groups (life cells) and larger gatherings (celebration) are a vital part of this process, where personal & spiritual growth happens.
• Prayer is the power and provilege of every believer. herefore we encourage daily attention to personal prayer and we have regular corporate prayer meetings. Prayer initiates change and produces transformation in lives.
• By free-will giving and stewardship the work of the Church is resourced. Therefore commitment to support the vision involves the giving of time, talent and finance by Church members.
• The mission mandate of the Church is to all nations, all peoples and all families of the earth. We are called to send, support and strategise ways to spread the gosel message to the whole world.
• We are drawn into union with other groups of Christian believers, to fulfil the eternal plan of God. To share in a unified purpose to become the Bride of Christ, being formed and fashioned by the working of the Holy Spirit.
