Every ministry area in the Church needs leadership. Most of our leaders are volunteers who are passionate and experienced in their particular area. The leader shapes a team who together undertake to maintain and express that particular ministry. Some ministries are in-house, while others are community focused or missionary directed. No matter what the area is, the effort is valued and the benefits are seen in the day to day expressions of the Church.

Hamilton New Life Church comes under the oversight of New Life Churches of New Zealand who have a nationwide leadership team and regional structure to oversee all the churches affiliated with the movement.
